As a soon-to-be Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about working with combat and weight class sport athletes of all levels. My "why" for doing this is rooted in my own experiences of having to push myself to extremes in order to achieve bigger and better things. Nutrition became a vehicle for which to unlock potential within myself and taught me how to be a healthier person while functioning as a better athlete. Through nutrition counseling, I want to help others break down barriers that are keeping them from reaching their truest potential. As a former combat sport athlete myself, I can connect with athletes on a more personal level. When working with me, athletes can expect undivided attention, no guesswork, and a personalized plan to help them reach new heights in their game.
